Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • experience in clerical office activities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
  • supervise and support reception staff, including scheduling and training
  • manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • route inquiries appropriately
  • maintain visitor logs and support facility security procedures
  • coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
  • collaborate with nursing, administrative, and leadership teams as needed
  • handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
