Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in related field such as facilities management, business management, or engineering
- 10+ years of account management or outsourcing management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present in formal settings
- Ability to articulate program goals clearly to diverse audiences
- Understanding of technological advances and change management
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of compliance requirements

Job Duties
- Demonstrate executive-level management capabilities leveraging strategic thinking and leadership
- Responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale services and programs
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of workplace offerings
- Deliver hospitality-driven workplace services including service support, global food and beverage, Employee Resource Group event production, and lab management
- Lead workplace strategy planning in partnership with real estate for portfolio optimization including headcount and space forecasting
- Author and manage critical reporting systems and executive dashboards for key metrics
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align program objectives
- Exercise rigorous governance over key contracts monitoring service delivery through KPIs and operational reporting
