Job Requirements

  • BA or BS degree
  • 10+ years of multi-site management experience in retail
  • demonstrated efficacy in written and verbal communication
  • ability to recruit, train, and manage store teams
  • experience managing profit and loss statements
  • capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in retail sales or operations
  • 7+ years in a leadership role managing multiple retail locations
  • experience in global retail organizations with knowledge of international markets and cultures
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proven ability to lead teams and drive business results
  • familiarity with retail analytics and omni-channel strategies

Job Duties

  • Balance sales, service, and financial efficiency by setting clear expectations for growth and premium customer service
  • standardize operations by developing and implementing operational playbooks and guidelines
  • recruit, train, and manage store teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences and achieve sales goals
  • promote a culture of testing and learning by encouraging experimentation and sharing insights
  • manage consolidated retail profit and loss statements to drive financial performance
  • champion customer experience and service standards across all stores
  • support the expansion and launch of new retail locations with effective teams and processes
  • collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on retail strategy and execution
  • leverage retail analytics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • drive omni-channel marketing initiatives to grow sales and engagement
  • protect and enhance the Meta brand through experiential activations and partnerships
