Job Requirements
- 7-12+ years of relevant experience
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience in venture-backed startup environments
- Proven leadership in strategic execution and operations

Job Qualifications
- 7-12+ years in operations roles within venture-backed startups
- Direct experience bringing operating structure into high-velocity, founder-led environments
- MBA strongly preferred or equivalent experience operating at strategic altitude
- Background in executive ops, strategy and ops, chief of staff, biz ops supporting CEOs or executive teams
- Strong understanding of financial principles with a cross-functional mindset spanning legal, business, sales, marketing, and product development
- Executive-caliber communication and structured thinking including board and investor-level visibility
- Proven track record building and managing budgeting, cash decisioning, and operational processes in scaling environments
- Hands-on experience with tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards
- Bias for action comfortable making progress with incomplete inputs and building structure from ambiguity
Job Duties
- Stand up and run OKRs, KPIs, business reviews, and planning cadence across functions to ensure alignment and accountability
- Lead high-leverage initiatives, unblock cross-functional work, and convert decisions into measurable outcomes that drive company progress
- Build and maintain dashboards, materials, and operating story used with leadership, investors, and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of operating cadence, tooling, and execution across U.S. and Mexico teams
- Partner with CEO, Product, and GTM leadership to maintain real-time visibility into modeling, margins, and unit economics
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and BI systems that connect operational metrics to financial outcomes
- Oversee weekly spend, headcount budgets, and staffing efficiency
