Job Requirements
- Customs Broker's License
- Minimum 10-15 years industry experience in customs brokerage operations and trade compliance
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience in meeting budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong understanding of CHB reporting parameters
- Direct and in-person employee and client contact
- Limited domestic travel may be necessary
- Proficient in MS Excel

Job Duties
- Manage regional leadership including performance management, hiring, coaching and firing decisions
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with CHB Risk, Security & Compliance and internal audit to ensure compliance and consistent service delivery
- Identify customer needs and oversee customs brokerage operations accordingly
- Support growth initiatives and new client implementations
- Manage team performance and quality control
- Oversee projects, service reliability and communicate issues
- Track and analyze service metrics
- Develop cost-effective solutions without compromising customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership, guidance, and positive feedback to promote learning and employee development
