Job Requirements
- Customs broker's license required
- Minimum 10-15 years industry experience in customs brokerage operations and trade compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven experience in meeting budget
- Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong understanding of CHB reporting parameters
- Ability to engage in direct and in-person employee and client contact
- Willingness to travel domestically limited travel
- Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Duties
- Full ownership over managing regional leadership including performance management hiring and firing decisions coaching etc
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve service and increase customer satisfaction with shared accountability
- Work with CHB RS&C and internal audit to ensure compliance consistent service delivery and process and policy standards
- Identify customer needs and oversee operations within the CHB context
- Support growth and new client implementations
- Manage team performance and quality control
- Manage projects oversee service reliability and communicate issues to teams
- Track service metrics
- Determine ways to be cost effective without sacrificing customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees and offer positive feedback to promote learning and continued education
