Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience in a high-end or luxury environment
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverage trends
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Proficient in menu engineering
  • Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Lead the creation, preparation, and service of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages in line with brand standards and market trends
  • Innovate and regularly update cocktail and beverage menus with seasonal offerings and signature drinks
  • Collaborate with the culinary team for beverage and food pairing experiences
  • Interact directly with guests at the bar, providing exceptional and personalized service
  • Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks on technique, product knowledge, and service excellence
  • Ensure consistent adherence to recipes and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar environment
  • Conduct regular audits of beverage preparation and service
