Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience in a high-end or luxury environment
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverage trends
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Proficient in menu engineering
- Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction skills
- Fluent in English
- Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead the creation, preparation, and service of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages in line with brand standards and market trends
- Innovate and regularly update cocktail and beverage menus with seasonal offerings and signature drinks
- Collaborate with the culinary team for beverage and food pairing experiences
- Interact directly with guests at the bar, providing exceptional and personalized service
- Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks on technique, product knowledge, and service excellence
- Ensure consistent adherence to recipes and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar environment
- Conduct regular audits of beverage preparation and service
