Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum 3-5 years bartending experience in high-end or luxury environment
  • extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverage trends
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • proficiency in menu engineering
  • excellent verbal communication
  • fluent in English
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverage trends

  • fluent in English
  • additional languages are an asset
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • lead the creation, preparation, and service of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages in line with brand standards and market trends
  • innovate and update cocktail and beverage menus with seasonal offerings and signature drinks
  • collaborate with culinary team for pairing experiences
  • interact directly with guests at the bar providing exceptional and personalized service
  • train and mentor bartenders and barbacks on technique, product knowledge, and service excellence
  • ensure consistent adherence to recipes and service standards
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar environment
  • conduct regular audits of beverage preparation and service to ensure excellence
