Job Requirements
- Three years of work experience in food service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe certified within six months of start date
- ability to work nights and weekends and ability to be flexible in scheduling per operational needs

- knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
- ability to handle a variety of kitchen equipment
- ability to work in a high volume high pressure kitchen
- ability to teach and maintain safe food handling practices
- excellent customer service skills
- one year of experience as a line cook preferred
- experience in retail and high volume dining preferred
Job Duties
- Prep assemble and delegate food preparation tasks
- assist with the set-up and breakdown of production and service areas
- understand and use a variety of equipment and service standards as appropriate
- follow and enforce set food safety protocol
- ensure cleanliness and quality in all areas of the kitchen
- follow all food safety and allergen standards
- provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs and inquiries
