Job Requirements

  • Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position
  • Relevant education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
  • Servsafe certified and/or certificate appropriate for the position level or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
  • Must possess appropriate Servsafe certification or certificate appropriate to position level for duration of employment
  • Ability to work in a team driven environment
  • Attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assemble and delegate food preparation tasks
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of production and service areas
  • Understand and use a variety of equipment and service standards as appropriate
  • Follow and enforce set food safety protocol in all areas of oversight
  • Ensure cleanliness and quality of BOH service areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs and inquiries
  • Train new staff members, both full time and student employees
