Job Requirements
- Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position
- Relevant education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Servsafe certified and/or certificate appropriate for the position level or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Must possess appropriate Servsafe certification or certificate appropriate to position level for duration of employment
- Ability to work in a team driven environment
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble and delegate food preparation tasks
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production and service areas
- Understand and use a variety of equipment and service standards as appropriate
- Follow and enforce set food safety protocol in all areas of oversight
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of BOH service areas
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs and inquiries
- Train new staff members, both full time and student employees
