Job Requirements
- Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position
- relevant education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Servsafe certified and/or certificate appropriate for the position level or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- must possess appropriate Servsafe certification or certificate appropriate to position level for the duration of employment with Campus Dining Services

- ability to work in a team driven environment
- attention to detail
- one year culinary experience in fast-paced university or institutional food service operation preferred
- bakery production experience preferred
- catering experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble and delegate food preparation tasks
- assist with the setup and breakdown of production and service areas
- understand and use a variety of equipment and service standards as appropriate
- follow and enforce set food safety protocol in all areas of oversight
- ensure cleanliness and quality of back-of-house service areas
- provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs and inquiries
- train new staff members, both full time and student employees
