Job Requirements
- Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position
- relevant education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
- must possess or obtain Servsafe certification within 6 months of hire
- ability to work in a team driven environment

Job Qualifications
- Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position
- Servsafe certified or certification appropriate for the position level or ability to obtain within 6 months
- one year culinary experience in fast-paced university or institutional food service operation preferred
- knowledge of bakery production and catering experience beneficial
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead and train staff
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble and delegate food preparation tasks
- assist with the setup and breakdown of production and service areas
- understand and use a variety of equipment and service standards as appropriate
- follow and enforce set food safety protocol in all areas of oversight
- ensure cleanliness and quality of back-of-house service areas
- provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs and inquiries
- lead by example both in work ethic and positive demeanor
