- one year culinary experience in high volume or institutional food service preferred
- experience in bakery production or catering preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble and delegate food preparation tasks
- assist with the setup and breakdown of production and service areas
- understand and use a variety of equipment and service standards
- follow and enforce food safety protocols
- ensure cleanliness and quality of back-of-house service areas
- provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries
- train new staff members and empower others to make decisions
- make scheduling recommendations and alert management of personnel needs
- hold staff accountable through progressive coaching
- follow allergen labeling procedures and participate in food safety response team
