Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or kitchen manager
Ability to cook at a professional level

Job Duties

Lead all kitchen operations including prep, line, plating, and sanitation

Manage inventory, food costs, and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety exceeding health department standards
