Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping supervisory experience
- ability to communicate effectively
- knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- ability to perform basic math and understand financial information
- reliable and detail-oriented
- willingness to perform housekeeping duties when needed

Job Duties
- plan, direct, coordinate, and execute housekeeping and laundry activities
- supervise housekeeping employees and assist in hiring, disciplining, and discharge
- train staff in guest room cleaning, public area cleaning, and safety procedures
- inspect work to meet brand specifications and cleanliness standards
- investigate and resolve service and equipment complaints
- schedule employees and conduct daily and monthly meetings
- manage inventory and ensure storage rooms are adequately stocked
