Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PGA Class A membership strongly recommended
- Minimum of three years of golf management experience
- Experience in high-volume public or resort golf environment preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, tee sheet platforms, Excel, Canva and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of golf management experience, preferably in a high-volume public or resort golf environment
- Strong experience in staff leadership, guest service, merchandising, tournament and event operations, budgeting, and financial oversight
- Proficiency with computer software including POS systems, tee sheet platforms, Excel, Canva and reporting tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong leadership presence
Job Duties
- Implement and enforce all company operating, human resources, and safety policies related to golf operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise golf shop and outside services staff to ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining labor efficiency and controlling overtime
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, tee sheet management, starter and ranger operations
- Maintain company appearance and service standards in golf shop, cart areas, staging zones, and practice facilities
- Assist in development and execution of operating and capital budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, identify opportunities to improve revenue and control expenses
- Oversee merchandising strategy, purchasing, inventory control, and retail sales performance including staff sales training and incentive programs
- Track rounds played, customer usage trends, and guest feedback
- collaborate with leagues, tournaments, outings, and community partners for smooth execution and communication
- Coordinate golf operations with Food & Beverage and Course & Grounds departments
- Oversee ancillary services such as handicapping systems, range operations, and guest programs
- Represent the property in meetings with outside groups and municipal partners
- Assist the General Manager with special projects, reporting, and operational initiatives as needed
