Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from a four-year college or university or six years related golf operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Class A PGA member in good standing
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Employee must be 18 years or older to drive Broadmoor vehicles
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work outdoors regularly in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to uphold company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of golf software such as Golf Genius and Agilisys
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for hiring, termination procedures and performance management of player services, golf shop, starter/marshals, locker room and valet staff
- Manage and hold accountable all team members to the standards of grooming, professionalism, promptness and customer service
- Work closely with Player Service Manager to ensure proper operations of bag movement, golf cart use and practice range
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in all golf operation areas including player services, range, bag room, tournament, locker rooms, caddy program and valet
- Manage daily golf operations for two courses including sales and promotions
- Train and enforce all service standards among staff
- Oversee Tournament Office and hotel group events including contracting and administration
- Utilize Golf Genius and similar golf software proficiently
- Coordinate operational aspects of Agilisys program
- Oversee rental clubs and daily inventory control with Player Services team
- Manage ordering and handling of player service supplies
- Administer lost and found processes with Loss Prevention
- Complete payroll, scheduling and administrative reporting
- Enforce all club policies
- Prepare and meet annual budget requirements
- Assist in planning and execution of USGA Championships and major tournaments
- Supervise subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold Broadmoor policies and safety guidelines
