Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a grill or saute line cook in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Strong passion for food and cooking
  • Good understanding of ingredient handling and food safety
  • Willingness to learn and accept training

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
