Job Requirements

  • experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • supervisory experience
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
  • experience with menu writing and recipe development
  • ability to read and comprehend prep lists and large-scale production needs
  • experience in educational or institutional food service setting
  • some culinary art school courses beneficial
  • ServSafe certified or equivalent food handler program
  • ability to work full-time
  • strong communication and leadership skills
