Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation and staff supervision
  • hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff
  • manage inventory and order supplies
  • maintain strict adherence to food safety and health regulations
  • monitor and control food costs to optimize profitability
  • assist in kitchen leadership and operations in the absence of the Head Chef (for the Sous Chef)
  • ensure quality taste and presentation of all dishes
  • work proficiency in every kitchen station
  • lead and motivate kitchen staff to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
