Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of culinary leadership experience
  • Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead and develop kitchen staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Five years of experience in a culinary leadership role with proven success in menu development kitchen management and staff supervision
  • Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • A passion for culinary innovation creativity and a keen eye for detail and presentation
  • Strong organizational multitasking abilities and effective time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team management and guests

Job Duties

  • Design and create innovative and appealing menus that align with the culinary concept
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation ensuring dishes meet high standards of quality taste and presentation
  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including inventory management ordering supplies maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
  • Recruit train and supervise kitchen staff providing guidance motivation and feedback
  • Monitor food labor and other costs to keep kitchen operations within budget
  • Conduct regular inspections and tastings to maintain consistency and quality
  • Work closely with Front of House staff and management to ensure exceptional dining experiences
  • Analyze sales data and guest feedback to refine menu and optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation regulations and company policies
