Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of culinary leadership experience
- Proven track record in menu development and kitchen management
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead and develop kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Five years of experience in a culinary leadership role with proven success in menu development kitchen management and staff supervision
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- A passion for culinary innovation creativity and a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Strong organizational multitasking abilities and effective time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team management and guests
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Design and create innovative and appealing menus that align with the culinary concept
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation ensuring dishes meet high standards of quality taste and presentation
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including inventory management ordering supplies maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Recruit train and supervise kitchen staff providing guidance motivation and feedback
- Monitor food labor and other costs to keep kitchen operations within budget
- Conduct regular inspections and tastings to maintain consistency and quality
- Work closely with Front of House staff and management to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to refine menu and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation regulations and company policies
