The role of Head Chef at Jumeirah The Red Sea within the Pool & Grill Kitchen team is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about innovation and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and diverse menus reflecting current culinary trends, dietary preferences, and the restaurant's concept to ensure a perfect balance of flavors, textures, and presentation. This position involves oversight of all food preparation to maintain consistency, freshness, and adherence to the highest standards. The Head Chef will lead and coordinate the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring smooth, efficient service through effective task assignment, training, and management. Inventory control, food cost monitoring, and waste minimization are also key aspects, requiring implementation of effective measures to optimize resources without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in catering, hospitality or relevant field
  • over 10 years international experience in five-star hotels and restaurants

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office software
