  • over 10 years international experience in five-star hotels and restaurants

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Job Duties

  • Create innovative and diverse menus reflecting culinary trends, dietary preferences, and restaurant concepts
  • oversee all food preparation ensuring consistency and freshness
  • supervise and coordinate kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and assistants
  • manage food inventory levels and implement effective inventory controls
  • monitor food costs and execute cost-saving initiatives
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
