Job Duties
- Create innovative and diverse menus reflecting culinary trends, dietary preferences, and restaurant concepts
- oversee all food preparation ensuring consistency and freshness
- supervise and coordinate kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- manage food inventory levels and implement effective inventory controls
- monitor food costs and execute cost-saving initiatives
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
