Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in food service leadership
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional behavior
  • Valid Food Sanitation Manager license preferred
  • Ability to manage and train staff
  • Creative culinary skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in food service leadership
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices, with preference to HAACP training
  • Food Sanitation Manager license holder
  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to deliver creative, delicious food with minimal waste

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operation of food and food service staff
  • Monitor quality of products and services produced
  • Hire, train and manage a staff of cooks and dish crew
  • Adjust daily schedule for personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies according to budget and sales projections
  • Maintain the highest health standards for raw and finished products
  • Work with owner, FOH manager, and staff to keep labor and food costs in line with sales projections
