Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in food service leadership
- Knowledge of common food safety practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional behavior
- Valid Food Sanitation Manager license preferred
- Ability to manage and train staff
- Creative culinary skills

- Food Sanitation Manager license holder

- Able to deliver creative, delicious food with minimal waste
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of food and food service staff
- Monitor quality of products and services produced
- Hire, train and manage a staff of cooks and dish crew
- Adjust daily schedule for personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies according to budget and sales projections
- Maintain the highest health standards for raw and finished products
- Work with owner, FOH manager, and staff to keep labor and food costs in line with sales projections
