- 5+ years BOH restaurant experience
- 2+ years as a Head Chef, CDC, or BOH leader
- strong communication and supervisory skills
- calm, organized approach to service
- experience in scratch kitchens preferred
- food safety certification a plus
- bilingual English/Spanish helpful
