Job Requirements
- Five years of experience in high-volume culinary operations
- Certification as an Executive Chef or equivalent in Culinary Arts
- Prior shipboard experience is essential
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products and services
- Ability to analyze costs and their budgetary impact
- Understanding of ship-based food and beverage operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Fluency in English is required
- Willingness to live and work onboard for set durations
- Available to work a seven-day, 70-84 hour week with limited time off
- Comply with Disney Cruise Line appearance standards
- Agree to share accommodations with fellow crew members
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
- Be adaptable with scheduling and job duties
- Embrace and promote diversity among guests and crew

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the galley team, managing all culinary operations across multiple food outlets
- Coordinate comprehensive food offerings, including group menu selections and accommodations for special dietary needs
- Ensure meticulous preparation of meals that meet the dietary requirements and allergies of guests and crew members
- Monitor culinary quality and standards, oversee inventory, and implement effective cost control measures
- Conduct regular food and menu audits to ensure consistency and excellence
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the shoreside Food & Beverage management team
- Adhere to Disney Cruise Line and U.S. Public Health sanitation guidelines in all kitchen and food storage areas
