Job Duties
- Oversee all food operations including planning, preparation, production, food quality, food presentation, and catering functions
- Develop menus and standardize recipes
- Monitor and forecast food and labor budgets
- Control inventory and generate reports
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
