Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership including 2+ years as an Executive Chef
- proven success developing menus and leading kitchen teams
- strong operational, financial, and organizational skills
- knowledge of sustainability, nutrition trends, and modern techniques
- ServSafe Manager certification
- hands-on experience with health department inspections
- strong communication and leadership skills
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed

Job Duties
- Create seasonal, modern menus aligned with sustainability and plant-forward principles
- lead recipe development, tastings, costing, and plating standards
- oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure excellence in food quality
- manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance culinary team
- collaborate closely with FOH, operations, and leadership teams
- represent Tapestry as a culinary ambassador during events and client interactions
