Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to work long standing hours up to 10 hours per day
  • Capable of managing 50 to 55 hours of work per week
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years operations and leadership experience in food and beverage service
  • Excellent basic math skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language of the restaurant's trading area
  • Proven ability in staff training and development
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Leadership capabilities to build and manage a productive kitchen team

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen functions including food purchasing, storage and inventory management
  • Ensure adherence to Snooze quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in cooking methods, presentation, portion control, and cleanliness
  • Staff and schedule kitchen efficiently to maintain labor costs
  • Collaborate with Front of House for seamless service and guest issue resolution
  • Monitor food and beverage product consistency through tastings
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness
