Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
  • Capable of working 50 to 55 hours per week
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations
  • Ability to perform math tasks and use POS systems
  • Effective communication in relevant work language

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years operations and leadership experience in food, beverage, and service
  • Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate cash registers and Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication skills in the predominant language of the restaurant area
  • Proven ability to train and develop kitchen staff
  • Leadership skills to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen functions including food purchasing, storage, and inventory management
  • Oversee food preparation to ensure adherence to Snooze quality, methods, and safety standards
  • Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques, plate presentation, portion control, and cleanliness
  • Manage kitchen staffing and scheduling to meet production needs while controlling labor costs
  • Collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth service and address guest feedback
  • Conduct regular quality tastings to maintain consistency
  • Maintain sanitation standards and enforce safety protocols
