Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age
  • authorized to work in the united states
  • able to stand for up to 10 hours
  • ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week
  • possess knowledge of food, beverage, and service operations

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years of operations and leadership experience in food and beverage
  • excellent basic math skills
  • ability to operate cash register and point of sale system
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • ability to work under pressure and manage labor costs

Job Duties

  • lead all kitchen functions including food purchasing, storage, and inventory
  • ensure adherence to quality, methods, and safety standards
  • train staff in cooking, preparation, plate presentation, and portion control
  • schedule and staff kitchen efficiently
  • collaborate with front of house for seamless service
  • maintain cleanliness and equipment in working condition
  • control food, beverage, and labor costs effectively
