- Prepare high-quality food using approved and locally sourced ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Participate in Chef Forums to contribute menu ideas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Manage food inventory and minimize waste
- Support the development of new menu items
