Job Requirements

  • minimum 10 years of professional culinary leadership experience
  • demonstrated expertise in seafood and Italian cuisine
  • experience managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • capacity to lead and motivate kitchen staff
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of kitchen leadership including Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager roles
  • expertise in seafood and Italian cuisine
  • proven success in high-volume, full-service operations
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to thrive under pressure and lead by example
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations including prep, service, sanitation, and safety
  • lead and mentor a professional kitchen team
  • execute all menu items with precision and authenticity
  • manage vendor relationships, food costing, and inventory
  • create seasonal specials using East Coast seafood and California ingredients
  • collaborate with ownership on menu development and profitability goals
  • uphold brand standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality
