Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • at least 3 years of operations and leadership experience in food, beverage, and service environment
  • basic math skills and ability to operate cash register and POS system
  • able to communicate effectively in the predominant language of the trading area
  • able to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and work 50 to 55 hours per week

  • minimum 3 years of operations and leadership experience in food, beverage, and service
  • excellent basic math skills
  • ability to operate cash register and Point of Sale system
  • effective communication skills in the predominant language of the restaurant’s trading area
  • stamina to work up to 55 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Lead all kitchen functions involving food purchasing, storage, and inventory
  • oversee food preparation and adherence to Snooze quality and safety standards
  • train kitchen staff in cooking methods, plate presentation, and portion control
  • efficiently staff and schedule kitchen to maintain labor costs
  • maintain the WOW factor of food quality
  • collaborate with Front of House to ensure seamless service and address guest feedback
  • assist with opening and closing duties in kitchen and Front of House
