- One year of retail or supervisory experience OR 18 months of customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Knowledge of natural and conventional foods and the food industry helpful

Job Duties
- Working with Front End Management to support effective and efficient department operations
- Assist with training and assigning tasks to cashiers and baggers
- Interacting with and helping customers
- duties include answering questions and assisting with member applications
- Providing support to customers and staff as needed and maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
- Compliance with established City Market procedures and practices regarding operations, sales, safety, and security
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
