Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Have leadership training
- Be dependable and reliable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior
- Have the ability to operate front end equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- Ability to perform repetitious activities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Must lift/carry product up to 30 lbs from 36" to 24" for up to 50 hours without mechanical assistance
- Must use both hands to move grocery carts requiring a force up to 35 lbs for up to 50 hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with numbers including reading, writing and counting
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Ensure excellent customer service through proactively visiting registers and providing direction/support to cashiers and courtesy clerks
- Assist in potential customer assistance issues at the register
- Assign store sweeps, monitor/maintain cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness standards in the restrooms and parking lots
- Maintain visibility of the exit doors for security and loss prevention issues
- Schedule and oversee proper execution of appropriate meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements
- Assist in the hiring and training of new cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions
- Support a fast-paced environment by maintaining organization and multitasking effectively
