Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Have leadership training
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- Ability to move grocery carts horizontally requiring up to 35 lbs of force
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in cash handling
- Ability to read, write, and count
- Ability to perform repetitious activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise a team of cashiers and provide leadership
- Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring registers and supporting cashiers
- Assist in resolving customer issues at registers
- Assign store sweeps and maintain cash register supply levels
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots
- Monitor exit doors for security and loss prevention
- Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with policies
- Assist in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain a friendly and positive environment for customers and staff
