  • able to carry products and boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • able to operate register
  • able to handle product preparation
  • able to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
  • able to perform product preparation, stocking and inventory
  • able to open and close doors to store and storage areas
  • able to reach for prepared products and serve guests
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to stoop to pick up supplies and trash
  • able to frequently wash hands to maintain food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • assist the management team in creating a great place to work and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • show passion for the food by keeping up with product knowledge
  • demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
  • monitor speed of service to ensure delivery of guest expectations
  • ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
  • prepare food for the guest
  • resolve guest recovery issues
