Job Requirements
- One year related work experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Demonstrated passion for service and hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Experience in a hospitality setting preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Oversee the functioning and delivery of butler services
- Verify seamless guest service from pre-arrival to departure per St. Regis standards
- Supervise and coordinate the Butler team including Butlers and Butler Valets
- Manage people-related tasks such as interviewing, hiring, and scheduling Butler team members
- Coordinate strongly with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a safe workplace and enforce company policies
- Uphold professional appearance and communication standards
