Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED)
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Supervise waiter operations and service delivery
- Ensure impeccable service standards before guest arrival, during stay, and at departure
- Oversee and coordinate waiters and assistant waiters
- Foster excellent coordination with other hotel departments
- Conduct interviews and hire waitstaff
- Establish schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Create and maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with company policies
