- one year related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- oversee the function and delivery of butler services
- verify seamless guest experience from pre-arrival to departure per brand standards
- supervise the butler team including butlers and butler valets
- coordinate effectively with other departments
- conduct interviews and hire new butler team members
- create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
- ensure compliance with safety, uniform, and appearance standards
