Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- minimum 1 year related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- oversee the functioning and delivery of butler services
- verify seamless approach to pre-arrival, guest stay and departure through st. regis brand standards
- supervise the work of the butler team including butlers and butler valets
- drive strong coordination with other departments
- interview and hire butler team members
- create schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
- maintain safe workplace adhering to company policies and procedures
