Job Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Beer knowledge or ability to become an expert
- Good communication and personal skills
- Ability and stamina to spend extended amount of time on feet
- Ability to lift 75 pounds several times a day
- Experience working as part of a team
- Experience in a high volume environment preferred
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week with some weekends as needed

- Experience managing brewery production schedules
- Knowledge of beer brewing processes
- Ability to create and develop beer recipes
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Experience working in a high volume brewery setting

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Job Duties
- Manage grain to glass pub brewing processes on a 15 bbl system
- Oversee production schedules to ensure timely brewery output
- Maintain raw material inventory levels accurately
- Create and refine beer recipes
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all brews
- Support brewery operations for two pubs in Salem and Wilsonville
