Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven bartending experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to bar operations
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and supervise bar staff during service
- set standards for hospitality, drink quality, speed, and cleanliness
- oversee bar prep, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- create and maintain bar systems, recipes, and service procedures
- handle scheduling support, onboarding, and performance feedback
- complete approximately 10 hours per week of administrative work outside of service
- collaborate with management on menu development and operations
