Job Requirements

  • Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain within two weeks
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or ability to obtain within two weeks
  • Experience in bartending and leadership positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with management and marketing teams
  • Ability to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations
  • Experience in fine-dining preferred
  • Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification or ability to obtain
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead by example behind the bar during service with professionalism and hospitality
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
  • Set the tone for service standards, guest engagement, and team accountability
  • Train, coach, and mentor bartenders and barbacks to build a strong, consistent team
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of bar staff
  • Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and service
  • Collaborate with company leadership on seasonal menu updates and creative input
