Job Requirements
- Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain within two weeks
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or ability to obtain within two weeks
- Experience in bartending and leadership positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to collaborate with management and marketing teams
- Ability to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending and leadership roles
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Familiarity with food and beverage operations
- Experience in fine-dining preferred
- Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Lead by example behind the bar during service with professionalism and hospitality
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
- Set the tone for service standards, guest engagement, and team accountability
- Train, coach, and mentor bartenders and barbacks to build a strong, consistent team
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management of bar staff
- Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation, and service
- Collaborate with company leadership on seasonal menu updates and creative input
