Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years barista experience preferably in specialty coffee
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
- Availability to attend training and calibration sessions as required
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a barista or similar role in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain equipment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Uphold the quality standards of coffee and beverage program in store
- Train and educate baristas on coffee products and beverage preparation
- Serve and engage with customers, delivering drinks personally and building relationships
- Manage coffee inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support General Manager in managing labor and operational excellence
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the bar and workspace
- Participate in monthly Head Barista meetings and staff training sessions
