Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous experience as a bar back or in the food and beverage industry preferred
  • experience with cash handling preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage major projects within the department as directed by management
  • develop and oversee the bar back deep cleaning schedule to maintain high standards
  • efficiently stock liquor and beer deliveries in a timely manner
  • monitor and replenish beverage products such as bottled beer, keg beer, liquor, garnishes, soda premix, post-mix, CO2, and ice
  • ensure supplies such as miscellaneous paper products are always well stocked
  • maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas in both front of house and back of house
  • assist in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • inspect and finalize all concert and banquet event setups and breakdowns for accuracy and completion
  • adhere to established health code standards and procedures for safety
  • support bartenders by providing guest service in accordance with TIPS to uphold legal and safety regulations regarding alcohol service
  • accurately handle all transactions in compliance with department policies
  • deliver friendly and efficient service, actively ensuring customer satisfaction
  • set up and close work stations following established operational procedures
