Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous experience as a bar back or in the food and beverage industry preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and manage major projects within the department as directed by management
- develop and oversee the bar back deep cleaning schedule to maintain high standards
- efficiently stock liquor and beer deliveries in a timely manner
- monitor and replenish beverage products such as bottled beer, keg beer, liquor, garnishes, soda premix, post-mix, CO2, and ice
- ensure supplies such as miscellaneous paper products are always well stocked
- maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas in both front of house and back of house
- assist in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- inspect and finalize all concert and banquet event setups and breakdowns for accuracy and completion
- adhere to established health code standards and procedures for safety
- support bartenders by providing guest service in accordance with TIPS to uphold legal and safety regulations regarding alcohol service
- accurately handle all transactions in compliance with department policies
- deliver friendly and efficient service, actively ensuring customer satisfaction
- set up and close work stations following established operational procedures
