Job Requirements

  • Available to work at least 20 hours per week
  • Available at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Willingness to lead and maintain high quality standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team
  • Basic knowledge of baking procedures and food safety
  • Ability to stand and be active for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Strong baking skills specifically in mixing, balling, and dressing cookies
  • Good communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Leadership skills with a high standard for quality
  • Experience working in a bakery or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to maintain at least 20 hours per week in store
  • Familiarity with baking process controls and quality assurance protocols

Job Duties

  • Ensure every cookie meets customer and corporate quality standards
  • Mix, ball, and dress cookies with exemplary quality
  • Monitor crew members on mixing, balling, baking, and dressing tasks
  • Communicate directly and constructively with crew members regarding quality issues
  • Educate and inform crew members on baking process standards and quality improvement
  • Follow and enforce baking processes including thaw times, bake times, and rest times
  • Coordinate with corporate team to maintain consistent quality standards
