Job Requirements
- Available for at least 20 hours per week
- Available at 6am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
- Passion for baking and quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to maintain company baking standards
- Ability to work early morning shifts
Job Qualifications
- Exemplary baking skills in mixing, balling, and dressing cookies
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Ability to maintain high quality standards
- Experience in a food production or baking environment
- Ability to work minimum 20 hours per week
Job Duties
- Ensure cookies meet quality and presentation standards
- Monitor mixing, balling, baking, and dressing processes
- Provide real-time feedback and constructive critiques to crew members
- Educate staff on baking procedures and quality control measures
- Maintain compliance with thaw, bake, and rest times
- Communicate quality issues and resolutions to the corporate team
- Lead and motivate the baking team to uphold company standards
