Job Requirements
- 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience
- food safety certification or willingness to complete within 6 months
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday
- ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- familiarity with FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, heavy machinery, and ladders
Job Qualifications
- 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience
- advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
- food safety certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months
- excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
- capable of teaching others constructively
- advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies
- proficient mathematical skills for financial assessment and inventory management
- demonstrated decision-making and leadership skills
- proficiency with email, microsoft office, and retail operations applications
